Application: How to use PANATURA®

With PANATURA® you can improve all well-known dough and bakery systems including delayed and interrupted fermentation methods, par- baking, refrigeration and deep-freezing systems.

You can add PANATURA® directly during the production of the main dough (direct method) or use it to prepare a Poolish, depending on the objective to make standard or natural yeast type of products.

During the last 10 years, we have developed many different types of PANATURA® in dough and in granulated form. Moreover, we keep on improving continuously according to the consumers wishes and our customers´ needs!

PANATURA® improves the level of flavor, freshness and shelf life, and also the volume and machinability.

We provide our customers with product training, trouble-shooting and on-going support through our team of qualified technical bakers. We have a wide variety of recipes using Panatura to suit most needs and we are able to help develop tailor-made products, e.g. for low salt or natural antimicrobial functions.
